Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: United Insurance Company postponed its ordinary general meeting (OGM) for deciding on a capital increase to 30 April, according to a bourse filing.

The shareholders’ meeting will discuss increasing the company’s capital by AED 100 million through private placement.

A potentially new strategic shareholder and the resignation of Chairman Saqr Ghobash are another two topics on the table for shareholders.

Finally, they shareholders will consider the company’s financial reports.
